We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside of Montana.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Corvidae gift cards issued in USD. Only one card may be applied per order.

Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a Corvidae issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed.

We are unable to offer gift-wrapping services at this time. However, you are welcome to include a handwritten gift message with your order by checking the box labeled THIS ORDER IS A GIFT during the SHIPPING METHOD step in the checkout process and entering your own personal message in the box provided.

For non-customized goods, we can offer returns and exchanges but are not responsible for return shipping & handling fees. Any digital instant downloads are non-refundable. Customized goods are non-refundable. If your item is damaged in transit, we are more than happy to replace it with proof of damage.

While our hours are ever changing from day to day, we are typically busy printing & creating, fulfilling orders, & answering questions Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm MTN. We do not ship any orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Most products made in house are printed in small batches. As such, they may possibly need to be printed on demand after payment has been received.

Orders typically ship from the studio in 2-7 business days AFTER purchase. (unless noted in announcement bar at top of website)

At times, shipping may take longer if the product you ordered needs to be printed &/or sewn. We will reach out and communicate with you if shipping will take longer (unless noted in announcement bar at top of website)

Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail OR USPS Priority Mail (depending on weight) after payment is complete. All products are shipped in kraft padded paper mailers or carboard boxes. Sometimes, we reuse boxes that have been shipped before as a way to help cut down on waste.

You will receive an email you as soon as your order has shipped and it should contain tracking info. This email will most likely be coming directly from our website OR ShipStation (the shipping platform we use to generate our shipping labels).

Orders within the US will arrive in 3-7 business days FROM the shipping date, depending on the carrier used and their shipping times. If you need your order expedited, please reach out to us prior to purchase to inquire about options.

Yes they are! Be sure to wash in cold or warm to preserve the quality of the print. And also avoid excess rubbing (like when trying to remove a stubborn stain).

Not normally. They may have a tendency to fade if washed in hot water, used with abrasive soaps/detergents, or vigorously rubbed. Some stain sprays may have an undesired effect on the print (some areas fade while others do not). 

We have tested a few of our towels with bleach (wash cold or warm) and they washed well and looked just like they did after printing.  Spot test an area of the print if you are unsure. Or you can try baking soda before washing!

Swedish Dishcloths are paper towel and sponge alternatives. Made of 70% wood cellulose and 30% cotton, they are full of many benefits. They can absorb 15x-20x it’s weight! One Swedish Dishcloth can replace up to 17 rolls of paper towels. It’s more hygienic than a sponge and by air drying quickly, it doesn’t breed bacteria and cause that nasty sponge smell.

They can last a good long time too! Depending on use, it can last 6 months - 2 years! Good for up to 150+ washings! It can be cleaned in the washing machine or in the top rack of the dishwasher. Or it can also be boiled or microwaved for one minute (just be sure it’s damp!!!)

We Screen Print all of our textile products with an eco friendly water based screen printing ink in small batches.
Most of our textile products are sewn in house from scratch using natural fabrics.

We do outsource the printing of a few of our products (like mugs, enamel pins, cards and stickers) by other small businesses that specialize in the printing those products. We like being able to support other small businesses just like us!

Each of these images are one of our original drawings or designs done by owner/artist Kim Shirley. She sketches them in one of her many notebooks or sketchbooks with a pencil and pen OR with procreate on an IPAD.

We at Corvidae are passionate about the planet we call home and want to do our very best to limit our waste footprint. Kim was especially moved after watching a documentary called Plastic Paradise years ago when she was starting Corvidae (streaming on Amazon Prime. Watch it!). She was compelled to do something! 
As a result, we use recycled packing materials to ship our products and also use an eco-friendly non toxic water based screen printing ink.
