Refund policy

Due to the small-batch nature of our craft, refunds are only available for defective or damaged items.

If your item is damaged in transit, we are more than happy to replace it with proof of damage within 5 days of arrival. Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, we reserve the right to offer you store credit instead of a refund or ship the item back to you for you to keep at our discretion.
